Office Assistant



We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Faroe-Islands. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations of our office. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
-Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, filing, and data entry
-Manage and maintain office supplies inventory
-Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
-Organize and maintain paper and electronic files
-Conduct research and gather information as needed
-Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence
-Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members when necessary
-Provide support to other departments as needed

Requirements:
-Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
-Must have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
-Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-Must have a valid biometric passport or be willing to obtain one
-Freshers are welcome to apply
