As an Entry-Level Restaurant Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn all aspects of restaurant operations and management. You will work closely with our experienced team to develop your skills and knowledge while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
- Learn and implement company policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant
- Help create and maintain a positive work environment for employees
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues promptly
- Collaborate with management on developing strategies to improve sales and revenue
- Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling staff as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant degree or certification is a plus
- No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations
