Industrial Architect - Part Time (No Accommodation)

Our architecture firm is seeking a talented and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to supplement their income or seeking a flexible work schedule. This position does not come with accommodation, so candidates must be local to Os or have their own accommodations.

As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, create detailed plans and blueprints, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in architecture and at least 3 years of experience working in industrial design. You should also have strong technical skills, including proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software. Excellent communication and project management skills are also necessary for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts for industrial buildings
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using AutoCAD or other design software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that projects are completed according to plans and specifications
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the project
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on project progress
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as an Industrial Architect
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of building materials, codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities
