Floral Designer


We are seeking a creative and talented Floral Designer to join our team in Malindi. As a Florist, you will use your passion for flowers and design to create beautiful arrangements for a variety of occasions. This includes weddings, funerals, birthdays, and other special events.

Responsibilities:
- Consult with clients to understand their floral needs and preferences
- Create custom floral designs that meet the client's vision and budget
- Source high-quality flowers from local vendors or grow them in our own garden
- Carefully handle and arrange flowers to ensure they stay fresh and beautiful
- Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and new floral design techniques

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Passion for flowers and creativity in design
- Excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs
and recommend appropriate floral options
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, their care instructions, and
seasonal availability
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Physically fit to handle long hours on your feet while arranging flowers

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$. However, we are open to negotiating based on your experience and skills.

Location:
This job is located in Malindi, a beautiful coastal town known for its stunning beaches. We welcome candidates from all nationalities who have the legal right to work in Kenya.
