Restaurant Manager for Seasonal Restaurant in Horsens, Denmark
We are seeking a highly motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our seasonal restaurant located in the beautiful city of Horsens, Denmark. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and profitability.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all front and back of house operations
- Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery to guests
- Train, mentor, and develop staff to provide exceptional service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and safety
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any complaints or issues
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items
- Oversee scheduling, payroll, and budget management
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
- Fluency in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
- Must have legal authorization to work in Denmark
This is a seasonal job with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month. Please note that this position does not include accommodation.
