We are hiring a talented and passionate Restaurant Manager for our seasonal restaurant in Horsens, Denmark. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring quality service and maintaining profitability. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all restaurant staff, including hiring, training and scheduling

- Monitor and maintain food quality standards, portion control and cost efficiency
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, expenses and employee performance
- Collaborate with other departments such as kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety and compliance with health codes
- Develop relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients at competitive prices

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of restaurant management software (e.g. POS systems)
- Ability to lead and motivate a team while maintaining a positive work environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers, employees and suppliers
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail for maintaining food quality standards and managing expenses effectively
- Familiarity with health codes and regulations
- Fluency in English (Danish proficiency is a plus)
