Experienced Handyman for Residential Properties in Doha, Qatar


We are a property management company based in Doha, Qatar and we are seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential maintenance and repairs, with excellent skills in carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and general handyman tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance checks on residential properties
- Perform repairs and fix any issues that arise, such as leaky faucets or broken appliances
- Install new fixtures and appliances as needed
- Handle basic carpentry tasks such as installing shelves or repairing furniture
- Troubleshoot and fix electrical issues, such as faulty wiring or malfunctioning light fixtures
- Repair or replace plumbing fixtures and pipes as needed
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for maintenance tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a handyman in a residential setting
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and other general handyman tasks
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail to ensure all repairs are done correctly the first time
- Good physical stamina to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting heavy objects or climbing ladders
