Office Assistant - Part Time



We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Aarhus. This part-time position offers a salary of $1200 per month and is suitable for men. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in office administration and be able to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Managing calendars and scheduling appointments
- Filing and organizing documents
- Ordering office supplies
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining databases
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Running errands as needed
- Other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in office administration or a related field preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
