We are a leading hotel chain in Abu Dhabi looking for a motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates. Your main goal will be to promote our hotel and its services to potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry and has excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Identify potential clients, build relationships, and promote our hotel's services
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring profitability for the hotel
- Coordinate with marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote the hotel
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with market trends in the hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month along with benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, and training opportunities.

Location:
This position is based in Abu Dhabi but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are eligible for visa sponsorship.

Contract Type:
This is a full-time contract job with the possibility of renewal based on performance.
