IT Manager - Roskilde, Denmark

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technology infrastructure and systems for our company in Roskilde. Your main role will be to ensure the smooth operation of all IT systems and services, while also managing a team of IT professionals. You will work closely with various department heads to understand their technology needs and provide strategic solutions to support their business objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the company's technology infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure data security and system reliability
- Manage the IT budget and make recommendations for investments in new technology
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other department heads to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that align with business objectives
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvement within the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, data security, and system troubleshooting
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with different departments
- Biometric passport is preferred

Salary: 1700$ per month
