Architecture Manager



As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction of various architectural projects within our company. Based in Horsens, you will work closely with our team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate architectural projects from conception to completion
- Review project proposals and determine feasibility based on client needs, budget, and resources
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs meet building codes and regulations
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status
- Manage project budgets by tracking expenses and making necessary adjustments
- Oversee the hiring of subcontractors for specific aspects of the project as needed
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience in managing architectural projects from conception to completion
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in budget management and cost control
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality assurance

Salary: 1100$
