We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading healthcare facility in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing quality and holistic care to patients while adhering to the highest standards of nursing practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and create individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, self-care techniques, and preventive measures
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff
- Continuously enhance nursing skills through professional development opportunities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Valid nursing license from country of origin (for foreigners)
- Previous experience working as a nurse in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Compassionate, empathetic, and patient-centered approach to care
