Surveyor for Land Development Projects in Wiltz, Luxembourg

We are a dynamic and growing land development company looking for a skilled Surveyor to join our team in Wiltz, Luxembourg. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land and structures to support our development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using various tools and equipment
- Collect and analyze data to prepare accurate reports and maps
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate survey results
- Manage surveying equipment, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot any issues
- Keep accurate records of survey data and prepare legal documents as needed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations while on the job site

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Surveyor in land development projects
- Proficient in using surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Strong mathematical skills and ability to interpret technical drawings and maps
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

We offer competitive salary of $1100 per month for this full-time position.
