Physician Assistant - Al-Khor, Qatar


The successful candidate for this position will serve as a Physician Assistant in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients under the supervision of a licensed physician. You will work closely with physicians and other medical professionals to diagnose and treat patients, as well as provide health education and counseling.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
- Assist in developing treatment plans for patients based on their medical conditions
- Perform minor medical procedures such as suturing wounds and administering injections
- Prescribe medications under the guidance of a licensed physician
- Provide patient education on preventative care and healthy lifestyle choices
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation of patient care

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or related field from an accredited institution
- Valid license to practice as a Physician Assistant in Al-Khor, Qatar (or eligible to obtain one)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Proven ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working as a Physician Assistant in a primary care setting or related field
- Knowledge of electronic medical record systems

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position that offers competitive salary compensation of 1000$. The job also includes accommodation. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
