Entry-Level Merchandiser
We are a leading retail company in Sofia seeking an entry-level Merchandiser to join our team. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in the most effective way to drive sales and increase brand awareness. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for merchandising and a desire to start their career in the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up displays and arrange products in an attractive and organized manner
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Conduct market research to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies for promoting products and increasing sales
- Keep track of sales data and report on product performance
- Ensure that all merchandising activities comply with company standards and policies

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow visual merchandising guidelines
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

We offer competitive salary of 1500$ per month, along with opportunities for growth within the company. This is a full-time position with regular working hours. While previous experience is preferred, we welcome freshers who are eager to learn and grow in this role. This position does not include accommodation. Preference will be given to Indian nationals or those legally authorized to work in Sofia. Fluency in English is required.
