Office Clerk in Dukhan, Qatar
We are hiring an experienced Office Clerk to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$.
Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls and emails
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Maintaining office supplies and ordering new ones when necessary
- Managing filing systems and organizing company documents
- Assisting with data entry and maintaining electronic records
- Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Coordinating meetings and appointments for staff members
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and bookkeeping
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalees or Kenyans preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
