Office Clerk - Dukhan, Qatar
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support our office operations. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1100$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
- Make travel arrangements for employees as needed
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus
- Proven experience as an office clerk or similar role
- Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles is preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
