Construction Project Manager


We are hiring a highly experienced and skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Doha, Qatar. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing various construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and involved throughout the process
- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects stay within budget
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment needed for each project
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely completion
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, address any issues or delays, and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that arise
- Hire and manage subcontractors as needed for specific tasks or phases of the project
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, progress reports, etc.
- Ensure all relevant permits and licenses are obtained for each project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in project management software such as Primavera or MS Project
- Ability to work under pressure and handle tight deadlines
- Indian nationality preferred

Salary: 1800$ per month
