Construction Site Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee all aspects of our construction projects in Doha, Qatar. As the Construction Site Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion
- Manage and coordinate on-site activities to ensure project progress and adherence to schedule
- Monitor project expenses and ensure that all costs are within budget
- Communicate with project stakeholders including clients, contractors, and subcontractors
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate records of project progress, expenses, and any changes or updates

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

This position is based in Doha, Qatar.
