We are hiring a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant located in Albena, a popular tourist destination on the Black Sea coast in Bulgaria. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring high-quality service and food standards, and maximizing profitability. Your main duties will include creating work schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in restaurant management and possess excellent leadership and communication skills. You must also have a strong understanding of budgeting and financial management to ensure the restaurant's success.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 900$ per month. As we cater to English-speaking tourists, proficiency in English is required. While previous experience is preferred, we welcome recent graduates with a passion for the hospitality industry to apply. We can provide accommodation for non-local candidates if needed.
