Team Lead - Operations Management


We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our growing operations management team in Chelyabinsk, Russia. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of professionals to ensure the smooth functioning of our daily operations.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of professionals to ensure high performance and productivity
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team and monitor progress towards achieving them
- Collaborate with other department heads to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency
- Develop and implement operational strategies to meet company goals
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Identify training needs for team members and provide coaching as necessary
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and safety guidelines
- Resolve any issues or conflicts within the team in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role
- Strong leadership skills with proven experience in managing teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of relevant software systems such as Microsoft Office
- Biometric passport or Canadian nationality preferred
