Executive Chef in Abu-Dhabi
We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Abu-Dhabi. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. We are looking for someone with a creative flair and a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and plan menus that align with our restaurant's concept
- Create new and innovative dishes while also maintaining popular customer favorites
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high-quality standards are met
- Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Creativity in developing new dishes while also maintaining quality standards
- Knowledge of current food trends and industry best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards
