Construction Site Manager - Indian Nationals


We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Manager to oversee our construction projects in Atlanta, United States. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to scheduling and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize and direct construction activities in accordance with project specifications and timelines
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress
- Manage project budget and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality or safety
- Monitor project progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and other legal requirements
- Resolve any issues that may arise during construction, including delays or disputes with contractors
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager in the residential or commercial sector
- Solid knowledge of construction processes, building codes and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a diverse team of professionals
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and make timely decisions under pressure

This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1400$ per month. As this role requires frequent interactions with Indian contractors, proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is preferred.
