Administrator - Mecca, Saudi Arabia
The Administrator will oversee the day-to-day operations of our office in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication abilities. They must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic accounting knowledge is required. The Administrator will also assist with HR duties such as recruitment and onboarding processes. This position offers a competitive salary of 900$, accommodation, and visa sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment inventory
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks
- Conduct research and compile data for reports
- Support HR functions such as recruitment and onboarding processes
- Oversee general office upkeep and maintenance
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Clear and effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be able to legally work in Saudi Arabia
