Administrative Assistant for International Company in Mecca
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our international company in Mecca. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for the team
- Assist with travel arrangements and visa processing for employees
- Prepare and submit expense reports
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Maintain a clean and organized office space
- Act as a point of contact between the company and external partners or clients
- Assist with any other ad-hoc tasks as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working in an international environment is a plus
