Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator for our manufacturing company in Ashdod. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining various machines to produce high-quality products. The ideal candidate should have experience in operating machines and be able to read and interpret technical drawings. This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Accommodation will be provided for non-local candidates. This position is open to all nationalities, with a preference for Indian nationals and women. No English language skills are required. Salary starts at $1000 per month depending on experience.

Qualified candidates should have:
- Experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work night shifts or weekends if needed

Responsibilities include:
- Set up machines according to specifications
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Perform quality checks on products and ensure they meet company standards
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and report any issues or malfunctions
- Troubleshoot any technical problems that may arise during production
