Information Security Analyst



We are currently hiring for an experienced Information Security Analyst to join our team in Izhevsk. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of our company's information systems and data. This is a highly technical role that requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify potential security risks
- Monitor network activity for any suspicious behavior or unauthorized access
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to protect sensitive data
- Investigate security breaches and assist in remediation efforts
- Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies
- Train employees on information security best practices
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper security measures are implemented in all systems and applications
- Perform risk assessments and develop contingency plans in case of a security incident
- Participate in the development of disaster recovery plans

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role
- Knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other cybersecurity tools
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus or Qualys
- Understanding of encryption technologies and regulatory compliance (e.g. GDPR)
- Proven track record of implementing effective security measures within an organization
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Izhevsk, Russia (Indian nationals preferred)
