Facade Designer
The Facade Designer will be responsible for creating and designing innovative and functional facades for buildings in the city of Utena. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and knowledge of construction materials and techniques. The ideal candidate should have experience in facade design, preferably with a background in architecture or engineering.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to design facades that meet the aesthetic, structural, and energy efficiency requirements of each project
- Research and stay updated on new materials, technologies, and trends in facade design
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for facade components
- Work closely with contractors to ensure proper installation of facades
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and quality of work
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their expectations
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to strict timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in facade design
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building codes
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Strong understanding of sustainable design principles
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred:
- Experience working on projects in Utena or similar cities in Europe
- Experience working with different facade systems such as glass, metal panels, stone cladding, etc.
- Experience creating 3D renderings or animations
