Indian Restaurant Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Jizan. As the leader of our restaurant, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business, including staff hiring and training, menu planning, inventory management, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and ensuring quality service to customers
- Train and mentor staff members to ensure high levels of professionalism and efficiency
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue
- Develop menus that reflect the flavors and traditions of Indian cuisine while also meeting budget requirements
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers
- Collaborate with other departments such as kitchen staff, suppliers, and management to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian restaurant setting
- Strong knowledge of Indian cuisine, ingredients, cooking techniques, and culture
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proven leadership abilities with the ability to motivate a team towards achieving goals
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism
- Familiarity with restaurant management software systems
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Salary: 1500$ per month depending on experience

Location: Jizan (accommodation provided for non-local candidates)
