Junior Florist Assistant

We are hiring a Junior Florist Assistant to join our team in Manama, Bahrain. As a Junior Florist Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the lead florist in creating and arranging floral designs for various occasions and events. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead florist in preparing and arranging floral designs for different occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and corporate events
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop
- Receive and process flower orders from customers
- Assist with inventory management and stock control
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and taking orders over the phone or in person
- Participate in the design process by suggesting creative ideas and providing feedback
- Assist with deliveries and set up of floral arrangements at event venues
- Learn about different types of flowers, their care instructions, and how to create beautiful arrangements

Requirements:
- No prior experience required but must have a passion for flowers and eagerness to learn
- Basic knowledge of floral design techniques is a plus
- Must be able to work full-time including weekends and holidays as required by the business
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language is an advantage)
- Must be physically fit to handle heavy flower arrangements
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure
- Must be willing to live on-site (accommodation provided)
