Commercial Architect (Egyptian or Kenyan) in Clairvaux, France

We are seeking a talented and highly skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Clairvaux, France. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. This role requires someone with strong design skills, knowledge of building regulations, and experience in project management. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed architectural drawings using CAD software
- Ensure designs comply with all building codes and regulations
- Oversee construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to coordinate project details
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus)

Working Conditions:
This is a contract position without accommodation provided. The salary for this role is $1300 per month. We welcome candidates without prior experience as long as they possess the required qualifications and skills.
