Land Surveyor


As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, collecting data and analyzing information to determine land boundaries, topography, and other important features. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and construction professionals to provide accurate measurements and assist in the development of construction plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting field surveys using specialized equipment such as total stations and GPS
- Collecting and analyzing data to determine land boundaries, topography, and other features
- Preparing detailed reports and maps for clients
- Collaborating with engineers, architects, and construction professionals to provide accurate measurements for construction projects
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards
- Maintaining survey equipment and ensuring its proper functioning
- Managing survey crew on site when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in land surveying
- Familiarity with surveying equipment (total stations, GPS)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficient in using computer software for data analysis and mapping

Location: Chelyabinsk (Russian Federation)
Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)
