Our fast-growing surveying company in Chelyabinsk is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate land and property surveys using the latest technology and equipment. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that all measurements are precise and all boundaries are accurately marked.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Surveyor
- Extensive knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Proficiency in using GPS, GIS, and CAD software
- Excellent communication skills in English (Russian language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys to determine property boundaries, locations of structures, topographical features, etc.
- Use GPS, GIS, and CAD software to create accurate maps and diagrams
- Analyze data collected from surveys to produce reports and recommendations
- Work closely with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accuracy of measurements
- Prepare legal documents for property transactions based on survey findings
- Maintain proper records of all surveys conducted
