Job Title: Construction Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. You will also be responsible for managing teams of construction workers, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project timelines and budgets
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Hire and manage teams of construction workers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Familiarity with building codes and safety regulations in Al-Rayyan

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
