Job Title: Construction Project Manager


As a Construction Project Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects in Al-Rayyan, with a focus on efficiency, safety, and quality. You will work closely with contractors, architects, engineers, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules and timelines
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure on-time completion
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other team members
- Manage project budget and expenses
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols
- Oversee quality control procedures to maintain high standards of workmanship
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management or related role
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Al-Rayyan
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical documents
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience managing budgets and expenses for construction projects
