Crane Operator
We are hiring a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Acre. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift and move materials, machinery, or other heavy objects on construction sites, ports, warehouses, and other locations as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of cranes including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes according to job requirements and safety standards
- Inspect and maintain crane equipment before use to ensure safe operation
- Communicate with supervisors and team members to understand job requirements and coordinate crane movements
- Move levers, pedals, or buttons to control crane movements such as lifting, lowering, swinging, and rotating loads
- Monitor load weights and adjust crane movements accordingly
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or damage to property or equipment
- Keep accurate records of daily activities including materials lifted and moved
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Crane Operator with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Valid crane operator certification from an accredited institution
- Knowledge of different types of cranes and their functions
- Understanding of safety regulations related to crane operation
- Ability to read blueprints or instructions for lifting loads
- Physical strength and ability to operate controls for extended periods
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work in different locations as needed
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
