We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant in Lusail, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing pastries while ensuring the highest quality standards are met. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for developing new pastry recipes, managing inventory and ordering supplies, training and supervising pastry assistants, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Excellent time management skills and creativity are essential for this role. The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification
- Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and methods
- Experience with creating custom cakes and desserts for special occasions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Develop new pastry recipes and ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation
- Manage inventory levels and place orders for necessary supplies
- Train pastry assistants on proper techniques, recipes, and food safety practices
- Supervise the production of all pastries, including cakes, cookies, breads, etc.
- Oversee plating of desserts for optimal presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards at all times
- Collaborate with other chefs to plan menus that incorporate pastries in an innovative way
