Head Baker - Lusail, Qatar

As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of baked goods and managing a team of bakers in our bakery located in Lusail, Qatar. Your main goal will be to ensure that our bakery consistently produces high-quality products and meets customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of bakers, ensuring that they follow recipes and production schedules accurately
- Train new bakers on baking techniques, food safety standards, and company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for ingredients and supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized bakery environment, adhering to sanitation regulations at all times
- Create new recipes and adjust existing ones to meet customer preferences or dietary requirements
- Oversee the preparation of doughs, batters, icings, fillings, and other baked goods according to established recipes
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet our standards for taste, texture, appearance, and freshness

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a baker in a professional setting
- Proven track record of creating high-quality baked goods using various techniques (e.g. mixing, kneading, proofing)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train team members effectively
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for handling food products safely
- Ability to work early morning shifts or overnight shifts as needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
