Team Lead - Jerusalem

As a Team Lead in our Jerusalem office, you will be responsible for leading and managing a group of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks. You will oversee the day-to-day operations, delegate responsibilities, and provide guidance and support to your team members. Your main goal will be to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their full potential while maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of employees
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team
- Assign tasks and delegate responsibilities
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to team members
- Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss project updates, performance, and any issues or concerns
- Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth coordination and collaboration
- Develop strategies to improve team productivity
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members
- Resolve conflicts or issues within the team
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate, mentor, and develop team members
- Excellent time-management skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
