Responsibilities:
- Oversee the organization's overall IT strategy and operations, ensuring that all systems and networks are secure and functioning efficiently.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and standards to promote data security, accessibility, and efficiency.
- Manage the IT budget and make recommendations for investments in new technology or upgrades to existing systems.
- Coordinate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions that support their objectives.
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Stay current on industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure the organization remains competitive.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing complex IT systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Extensive knowledge of network administration, security protocols, database management, and cloud computing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience managing an IT budget and making strategic investments in technology.
