Wedding Planner

This is a unique opportunity for a creative and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our team in Doha. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and executing all aspects of weddings, from budget management to vendor coordination and event design. We are seeking an experienced professional with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences for our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget for their wedding
- Research and recommend venues, vendors, and services that align with clients' needs
- Create detailed timelines and budgets for each event
- Coordinate with vendors to secure contracts, payments, and services
- Manage all logistics related to the wedding day, including setup, timeline management, and cleanup
- Collaborate with the design team to create event concepts and themes
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on planning progress
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Wedding Planner or in a related field
- Strong communication skills to effectively work with clients, vendors, and team members
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Proficient in budget management and negotiation techniques
- Knowledge of current wedding trends and industry best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Doha's wedding industry
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Arabic (spoken)
Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)
