We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team in Sofia. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, carpentry, and electrical work
- Repair or replace broken equipment or fixtures
- Install new features or upgrades as needed
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies
- Respond to tenant requests for repairs in a timely manner
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed while completing tasks
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Good communication skills in English (Malayalees preferred)
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time

Salary:
Starting salary is 1000$ per month, with potential for growth based on performance.

This job is located in Sofia, Bulgaria.
