Online Consultant for Indian Market

As an Online Consultant for the Indian market, you will be responsible for providing support and guidance to our Indian customers through various online channels. This is a remote position based in Ufa, and no English language skills are required.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with Indian customers via email, chat, and phone to assist with their inquiries and provide solutions
- Understand the needs and preferences of the Indian market and tailor your approach accordingly
- Provide product recommendations, troubleshoot issues, and handle complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on any pending issues
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and strategies for the Indian market
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition in the Indian market to provide valuable insights to the team

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Ufa
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an online setting
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or other regional languages spoken in India
- Ability to understand customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online communication tools

Salary: 1500$ per month
