We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing professional and efficient customer service to English-speaking foreigners who are interested in job opportunities in Ufa. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Prior experience in customer service or consulting roles
- Knowledge of the job market and visa requirements in Ufa is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Responding to inquiries from English-speaking foreigners regarding job opportunities in Ufa
- Providing information about visa requirements, accommodation options, and other relevant details
- Assisting with the application process for job openings
- Conducting interviews with potential candidates via video conferencing or phone calls
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with clients
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a smooth customer experience
