Senior Architect

We are a leading architecture firm in Vilnius, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design, planning, and construction of various architectural projects. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other team members to create innovative and functional designs that meet project requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong knowledge of architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to construction documentation
- Develop detailed drawings and models using architectural software
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and objectives for each project
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs meet technical specifications and building codes
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects or interns on the team
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and construction techniques
