Construction Project Manager



As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and completion of various construction projects in Al-Khor. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. You will work closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to coordinate all aspects of the construction process.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, and ensure that they are followed
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Oversee the selection of contractors and subcontractors for each project
- Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates on progress and address any concerns
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to review plans and make necessary revisions
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Review project contracts and negotiate changes as needed
- Prepare reports for upper management on project status and performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field (required)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager (required)
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously (required)
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, equipment, and tools (required)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (required)
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings (preferred)
- Proficiency in Arabic language (preferred)

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. Preference will be given to Egyptian candidates who have experience working in Al-Khor. This job does not require fluency in English. However, basic knowledge would be beneficial.
