Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in the city of Sofia. Your primary objective will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. You will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective project delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules in coordination with clients and other stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timeline and budget
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Provide regular progress reports to clients and other stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations
- Oversee the hiring and management of construction personnel
- Conduct final inspections upon project completion to ensure quality standards have been met

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulations
- Experience in budget management and cost control techniques
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Canadian nationality preferred but not required
- Must possess a biometric passport for international travel

Salary: $1100 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Contract Duration: 1 year (with potential for extension)
