Construction Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Sofia, Egypt. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing and completing large scale construction projects, as well as strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and other project team members
- Monitor project progress and ensure it stays on schedule and within budget
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and safety compliance
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
- Make strategic decisions to drive project success

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Proven experience managing large scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with diverse teams
- Fluent in English (both spoken and written)

Salary: 900$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Sofia, Egypt (accommodation provided)
