Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sheduva. As an essential member of our company, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and inventory
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Assist with budget planning and tracking expenses
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude
- Fluency in English (both written & spoken) is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in Sheduva without visa sponsorship
Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.
