Land Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting accurate measurements and surveys of land and construction sites, analyzing data, and creating detailed reports.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various tools and equipment
- Analyze data and create accurate maps, charts, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accuracy in project planning
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies in land boundaries or site conditions
- Communicate findings and recommendations to project managers and clients
- Maintain updated knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software
- Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field preferred
- Proficiency with surveying tools such as Total Stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with team members, clients, and contractors
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid work visa for Beer-Sheva (visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates)
